We can work from surveys, sketches, field dimensions, markups, PDFs and existing plans. Outside Florida, Late Night Coastal Design provides drafting/CAD production only; local engineering, permitting, code review and professional seals remain with the project’s local licensed professionals.

Docks, seawalls, boat lifts, boathouses, waterfront decks and related marine structures remain the core of the business. Familiarity with marine layouts, plan sets and field coordination helps reduce the amount of explanation a contractor needs to provide.
Decks, workshops and smaller landside structures
Nationwide drafting can also support decks, workshops, detached accessory structures and other smaller landside projects when the scope is a good fit. Deliverables can include plan views, framing layouts, elevations, sections, details and revisions based on the information supplied by the project team.

Any required code analysis, permit responsibility, structural engineering, professional review or signed/sealed documents should be handled by appropriately licensed professionals in the project jurisdiction.
